ATHLETIC PACKET:

The Athletic Packet can be found on the High School website.

SPORTS PHYSICAL:

The Sports Physical is found on the last page of the athletic packet.  The High School accepts the CYS Physical Form as well. The Sports Physical is valid for one calendar year from the date of the Physician's signature. ATHLETES MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL ON FILE WITH THE HIGH SCHOOL NURSE PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING IN TRY-OUTS.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES: We will be using SignUpGenius to coordinate volunteers.

We welcome any high school students who are looking for volunteer hours.  We will staff as many positions with outside volunteers before turning to parents.  We will ask JV Parents to assist at Varsity games and Varsity parents to help at JV games.

Chain Crew: Here's your chance to have a front row seat!  We need three volunteers per home game.   Two will hold chains and one will hold the down marker.

Scoreboard: We need someone to update the scoreboard and clock during home games.

Videographer: This job requires a steady hand but it's certainly fun and it's one of the most important jobs. Record the game from a prime seat and and hand the film over when you're done.  It's as easy as that!

Uploading Game Film:  This person needs to get game film loaded to our HUDL account immediately after the games.

Concession Stand: This one is the standard hair net and hot dog position that we've all had too much of.  We need help setting up, managing student volunteers, selling, taking money, and cleaning up. We need help in the concession stand and will recruit if we do not have enough coverage for games.

Team Dinner(s) Committee:  We'll need lots of crock pots, baked goods, and service items.  We are looking for someone to lead this committee.

Banquet Planning Committee:  Our end of the year Team Banquet will be held in November.  We need help with planning and decorating. If you have any experience or ideas, we would love to hear from you.

Decorations/Signs: Make our sidelines fun!  Lots of younger siblings are looking for a way to get involved ("I hate going to my brother's game...it's so boooriingggg!!!!").  We'd love to think of activities that will help include them in the team spirit.
